Ashley “A.J.” Jewell, who was engaged to Kandi Burruss, formely of RnB group Xscape and current Housewives of ATL star,until last August, died of massive head injuries he suffered in a “one-on-one” fight in the parking lot of an Atlanta strip bar, the Body Tap Club.The police made an arrest - a club employee named Fredrick Richardson. He has been charged with voluntary manslaughter. Sources say the dispute was over money. Jewell recently bought interest in the club. He is survived by 6 children.
